Bruce Springsteen makes his Boston debut.

He and the E Street Band open for David Bromberg at Paul’s Mall. They return to the Boston to perform a live broadcast on WBCN on April 23, 1973, then open for Bonnie Raitt at the Harvard Square Theater in May 1974.*
